Want to go to the Black and White Ball, but haven’t got a thing to wear? Or maybe you have an extra dress or two in your closet that you never seem to have time to donate? The Fairy Godmothers are here to help!
Bring your gently used formal wear to the donation station located in Parkside Hall, near the Tech Museum. Donated items will be available for sale at a very reduced price. All cash proceeds benefit the Make-A-Wish® Greater Bay Area Foundation.

*While we have grouped clothing by gender, this is purely for sizing purposes. Crossdressing is welcome at the Black and White Ball as long as it still follows the posted Dress Code for the event.
All items must be in good condition with no tears or stains, and have clearly visible sizing information intact.
The donation station will be located in Parkside Hall. It will be open Friday from 1pm – 9pm, Saturday from 12pm – 9pm, and Sunday from 11am – 4pm. We will have a small thank you gift available to those who donate clothing (while supplies last.) There will also be a small changing booth to try on items, and we encourage you to use it, as all sales are final.
“Will the items you have available be allowed at the Black and White Ball?”
Yes, we will only offer or accept items that meet the Dress Code for the Ball.
Our goal is to make attending an elegant evening affordable, even for those on a tight budget. Size ranges will vary depending on the items donated, but all prices will remain consistent regardless of size.
Any items donated by attendees that are not sold by the end of the weekend will be donated or stored for the next event, depending on condition and quantity. We will not sell items between events.
